Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM database. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns to maximize conversions. Meet daily and monthly call targets while ensuring high-quality communication. Prepare reports on call activities and outcomes for management review. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve results. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education. Experience in telecalling or sales roles preferred; freshers are welcome to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling or related field preferred.
