Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers via phone to promote and sell products/services effectively.
• Identify prospects through market research and networking to generate leads.
• Maintain and update accurate customer information in the database.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture client relationships and close sales.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Provide management with feedback on customer trends and preferences to improve offerings.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum education: 12th pass.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Prior experience in lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.
