Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough market analysis to identify real estate opportunities and trends in Chennai. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients. Negotiate property transactions ensuring smooth and successful deals. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up. Attend networking events to connect with potential buyers, sellers, and industry professionals. Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and mortgage options.
