Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage tender documents, ensuring all submissions meet strict quality standards and deadlines, contributing to a 95% on-time submission rate. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as procurement, legal, and project management to gather accurate and comprehensive tender information. Monitor the entire tender lifecycle, from initial queries to final submission, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Review and analyze tender requirements and specifications to assess feasibility and ensure full compliance, reducing non-compliance risks by 20%. Maintain detailed records of all tender submissions, outcomes, and feedback to support continuous improvement and reporting. Assist in evaluating and selecting subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring alignment with project goals and budget constraints. Prepare comprehensive reports on tender progress and results to inform stakeholders and guide strategic decisions. What We're Looking For Required: Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tender administration or similar roles, preferably within construction or engineering sectors. Strong understanding of the tender lifecycle and procurement processes. Proficiency in document management and reporting software such as MS Office Suite and tender management systems. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Preferred: Familiarity with construction or engineering industry standards and terminology. Experience working with subcontractor and supplier evaluation.
