Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve issues with engineering tools and workflows to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tool requirements and propose enhancements. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for tools and engineering processes. Implement, test, and deploy new tools and features to boost operational efficiency. Assist in integrating tools with existing systems and project management software. Provide training and ongoing support to team members for effective tool utilization. Monitor and analyze success metrics to evaluate tool performance and user satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in engineering environments. Familiarity with software development and engineering tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of CAD and project management software is a plus. 2-5 years of experience working with engineering tools and software preferred. Join our collaborative team of engineers and report directly to the Engineering Manager. Work closely with project managers and quality assurance teams to drive continuous improvements.
