Key Responsibilities Board Participation: Attend and actively engage in board meetings to contribute to strategic decision-making. Strategic Development: Help develop and monitor organisational goals and objectives aligned with our Christian mission. Fundraising: Leverage your network and skills to support fundraising efforts and resource development. Collaboration: Foster strong communication between board members, staff, and volunteers to improve operational effectiveness. Financial Oversight: Ensure the organisation’s financial health and compliance with legal and ethical standards. Personnel Support: Assist in recruiting, evaluating, and developing key personnel to strengthen the organisation. Community Representation: Represent and advocate for the organisation at community events and public forums. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Proven leadership experience, ideally within non-profit or faith-based organisations. Demonstrated fundraising and resource development skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in governance or prior board service is advantageous.
