KILIBE ICON LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Trustee to join our Christian organisation based in London Colney, England. This vital volunteer leadership role involves providing strategic oversight and guidance to help advance our mission and serve the community effectively. Key Responsibilities Attend and actively participate in board meetings, contributing to strategic decision-making and organisational direction. Help develop and monitor the organisation’s goals and objectives to ensure mission alignment. Engage in fundraising efforts by leveraging your network and resources to support financial sustainability. Promote effective communication and collaboration among board members, staff, and volunteers to improve operational efficiency. Oversee the financial health of the organisation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Support recruitment, evaluation, and development of key personnel to strengthen organisational capacity. Represent the organisation at community events and advocate for its mission and values. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Proven leadership experience, ideally within a non-profit or faith-based organisation. Demonstrated skills in fundraising and resource development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in governance or previous board service is a strong advantage. This volunteer role reports directly to the Chair of the Board and offers an opportunity to collaborate closely with fellow Trustees, staff, and volunteers.
