Key Responsibilities Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Create high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and gather stakeholder feedback. Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design improvements. Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project objectives. Iterate designs based on user insights and testing outcomes. Maintain visual consistency across products by implementing style guides and design systems. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design quality and innovation. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field. Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse UI/UX design projects. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or related roles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
