Key Responsibilities Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs aligned with user needs and business goals. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to deliver intuitive, visually appealing interfaces. Iterate designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members. Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design solutions. Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers. Document design processes and rationale for ongoing improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design expertise and process. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalents. Experience applying user-centered design principles and methodologies. Minimum 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience preferred. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary of $25,000 MXN and opportunities for professional growth through mentorship, workshops, and conferences.
