Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to build intuitive, visually appealing interfaces.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from users, team members, and stakeholders.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design solutions.
• Participate in design critiques and offer constructive feedback to improve team output.
• Document design processes and rationale for future reference and continuous improvement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and process.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalents.
• Experience applying user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
