VData Tech is hiring a detail-oriented US Medical Form Filling Operator on a contract basis in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India . This role is essential for ensuring the accurate and efficient entry of medical form data, directly supporting healthcare quality and timely information delivery. Key Responsibilities Accurately complete medical forms and patient records using provided data. Perform precise data entry with strong attention to detail. Review and verify completed forms for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve patient data queries. Maintain organized filing systems for easy document retrieval. Identify and report discrepancies or errors during data entry. Assist in training new staff on form filling procedures as needed. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. 1-2 years experience in data entry, preferably in healthcare or medical settings. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus. This contract position involves working closely with a dynamic healthcare team including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff. You will report to the Operations Manager and contribute to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and compliance. Compensation: ₹25,000 per year. Location: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Remote work is not available for this role.
