Key Responsibilities Oversee daily venue operations to guarantee compliance with all safety standards and local regulations, maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff. Lead and manage a diverse team by providing ongoing training, motivation, and support to ensure high performance and staff retention. Resolve operational challenges promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction and minimizing disruptions during events. Monitor and control budgetary expenditures, optimizing resource allocation to maximize profitability without compromising quality. Coordinate closely with event planners and clients to organize and execute successful events that meet or exceed expectations. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance assessments to uphold venue standards and prevent operational issues. What We're Looking For Required: Proven leadership skills with 2-5 years of experience in venue operations or facilities management. Strong knowledge of safety compliance and regulations relevant to facility management. Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to handle complex operational issues. Effective communication and team management skills to lead diverse groups successfully. Preferred: Experience working in hospitality or event management environments.
