Key Responsibilities Edit and produce high-quality video content tailored for multiple platforms, maintaining professional production standards. Collaborate closely with real estate agents and construction teams to accurately represent properties and projects through video. Utilize advanced video editing software to enhance footage with transitions, sound, effects, and graphics. Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions to develop innovative video concepts. Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video outputs. Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of raw and edited video content for easy access. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field. Proven experience editing videos within real estate or construction industries. Proficiency with industry-standard editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent. Strong storytelling skills with the ability to present technical information engagingly.
