Assist in document preparation, data entry, and maintain organized digital files to streamline daily operations. Support various projects by coordinating tasks and deadlines to ensure successful completion. Conduct research and gather relevant information to provide valuable insights for team decision-making. Collaborate effectively with team members across departments to maintain smooth communication and workflow. Track and report project progress, identifying opportunities to improve team processes. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, inviting tone. Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities. Proficiency in standard office software and collaboration tools. Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in administrative support preferred.
