VoIP / Telephony Troubleshooting & Installation Technician in Atlanta, GA

FSN Staffing is hiring on behalf of Field Services Network (FSN), a U.S.–based company, for experienced VoIP / Telephony Technicians in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a fast-hire, full-time role offering consistent work with competitive pay. Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain VoIP systems, SIP trunks, PBX, and IP phones. Troubleshoot call quality, network connectivity, and telephony issues to ensure optimal performance. Work with networking equipment including routers, switches, and structured cabling. Provide excellent customer service and technical support onsite. Requirements Hands-on experience with VoIP, SIP, PBX, or IP telephony systems. Basic networking knowledge including LAN/WAN and TCP/IP protocols. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
