Key Responsibilities Greet and seat customers in a warm and welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders with attention to detail. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding menu items. Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
