Key Responsibilities Package products efficiently following company standards to guarantee safe delivery. Organize and prepare orders accurately for dispatch to meet customer requirements. Manage inventory by tracking stock levels and reporting any discrepancies promptly. Operate packaging equipment and machinery safely, adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize packaging processes and improve workflow efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the packaging area to ensure a safe work environment. Assist with loading and unloading shipments, handling products with care. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in packaging, dispatching, or related warehouse roles preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures. Familiarity with packaging materials and techniques. Ability to safely operate standard warehouse equipment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team. As part of our warehouse team, you will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and contribute to meeting customer expectations by delivering quality products on time.
