Talent Stock is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our warehouse team in Mumbai, Maharashtra . This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about logistics and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves following order specifications. Carefully pack items to ensure secure shipping and prevent damage during transit. Label packages clearly with shipping addresses and organize them for shipment. Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies to supervisors promptly. Assist with restocking shelves and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily order fulfillment deadlines. Required and Preferred Qualifications Completion of Secondary School Certificate or equivalent education. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in executing tasks. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor as needed. Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of inventory management is a plus. As a Picker and Packer at Talent Stock, you will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
