Join Aadhan's Warehouse Team in Kandlakoya, Medchal, India! We are seeking dedicated full-time Warehouse Staff to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. This role is vital to ensuring smooth workflows and timely shipments, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety. Key Responsibilities Pack items accurately for shipping, verifying packing lists and labels. Sort shipments by destination for incoming and outgoing products. Unload and load delivery trucks while following strict safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized workspace through collaboration with team members. Assist with inventory management by performing regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies. Participate in safety and operational training sessions to uphold best practices. Manage time efficiently to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Required and Preferred Qualifications No formal education required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided. Proven skills in packing, sorting, loading/unloading, teamwork, and time management. Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of warehouse safety guidelines and best practices is a plus. As part of Aadhan's warehouse team, you will work closely under the supervision of a Warehouse Supervisor and coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to optimize workflow.
