Key Responsibilities Perform detailed surface assessments to identify waterproofing and painting requirements. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure proper material adhesion. Apply waterproofing membranes and paint coatings according to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines. Conduct quality inspections on completed work to maintain high standards. Work closely with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines. Maintain organized workspaces and manage inventory of waterproofing and painting materials. Provide regular progress updates and report any issues to supervisors promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in waterproofing and painting within the construction industry. Strong expertise in waterproofing techniques, products, and application methods. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Relevant certifications in waterproofing or painting are advantageous. Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures.
