Key Responsibilities Design and implement visually appealing, responsive website layouts using HTML and CSS that align with client branding and usability standards. Collaborate with the UX/UI team to enhance user experience by creating intuitive navigation and engaging design features that improve user retention. Conduct regular updates and revisions on existing web pages to ensure optimal functionality, cross-browser compatibility, and aesthetic quality. Incorporate SEO best practices into website designs, including meta tags, schema markup, and site structure improvements to boost search engine rankings. Manage and maintain the company’s WordPress website, ensuring all content is current, engaging, and aligned with marketing goals. Work closely with project managers and developers to deliver web design projects on time, from initial concept through to deployment and testing. Gather and analyze feedback from team members and stakeholders to continuously improve design quality and user satisfaction. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and foundational UX/UI design principles. Basic understanding of SEO strategies and their practical implementation in web design. Experience managing WordPress websites, including themes and plugins customization. Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in web design or a similar role. Preferred: Relevant certifications in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing. Strong communication and teamwork skills with a growth mindset. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and design trends. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design frameworks.
