Key Responsibilities Perform welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals using various techniques. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to select appropriate welding methods. Conduct quality control checks ensuring welds meet safety and industry standards. Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe, clean workspace. Work with team members to troubleshoot and improve welding processes. Assist in training new welders and apprentices on welding techniques and safety. Participate in safety meetings and comply with health and safety regulations. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required.
