Zonal Manager – Bank Auction & Asset Recovery in Mumbai

Auction Avenue Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Zonal Manager for our Bank Auction & Asset Recovery division based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India . This full-time role is vital to managing asset recovery operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, directly impacting our financial health and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all bank auction and asset recovery activities within the assigned zone. Conduct detailed fieldwork to assess properties and recover assets in compliance with SARFAESI regulations. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering insights and solutions for effective asset recovery. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals to achieve high performance and teamwork. Ensure strict adherence to legal and ethical standards in all auction and recovery operations. Analyze market trends and asset valuations to provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Prepare detailed documentation and reports on recovery processes, results, and improvement suggestions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in bank auction processes or asset recovery. Strong client relationship management and team leadership skills. Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail. In-depth knowledge of SARFAESI regulations is essential. Experience with compliance and documentation in financial services is preferred. As a Zonal Manager, you will report directly to Senior Management and collaborate closely with legal and compliance departments to optimize operational effectiveness.
