Performed Full visual inspection (FVIs) on Berth Operation platform BOP using rope-access. Performed UT inspection on Storage tank base plate using; rope-access. Performed Full visual inspection on Equipment Shelter using rope access where applicable. Performed MPI and assist in DRT operations on field welded joints using rope access. Performed end of life inspection on platform support structural beam using rope access. Performing Visual Inspection on structural steels and pipe sand vessels. Corrosion mapping on tanks, nozzles &vessels. Carrying Magnetic Particle Inspection on new welded joints for surface flaw detection. Performing Thickness Gauge on tanks from the1stcourse 7thcourse using rope access. Identify, investigate and assess deterioration/ corrosion and ensure timely maintenance of the affected facilities. MPT Inspection and Full Visual Inspection of Structural welding during on shore Rig Erecting. Carried out Ultrasonic thickness measurement of pipelines and equipments, Corrosion check on pressure vessels, tank, exchanger, column, etc.. Setup and calibrate non- destructive testing equipment. Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection. Did preliminary survey to determine the extent of work to be done on site. Partook in the determination of Equipment location and its associated plan. Produced the piping construction isometric and bulk material take-off MTO. Responsible for the pipe span calculation in order to determine the safe pipe support location
