As a situation where I collaborated with my team members, it's mainly, okay, my role was the speaking part, speaking to the customer, taking the orders down, and sourcing where we're getting the order, and also giving after finding out where the order was coming from, I'd give a team member the location and they'd go get it and bring it to the office for us to plan a delivery with a rider to take to the customer. And actually, I enjoy working as a team because I think what I'm not well suited in, another person is well suited in, and through that, we can collaborate and learn from each other and build each other up.

For me, so a customer service software tool, software that I've used in my previous customer service job was Odo, which is really one software that covers literally everything that you need from accounting to From accounting to customer relationship management and also a resource planning tool. So that was what the company was using. And I actually didn't know, aside from the ads, before starting the job, I really didn't know about Odo, but through this position, I was able to learn and equip myself with the knowledge that I needed. So I understand that there are other customer service tools like Zoho. And all I can say is that I'm really computer literate and I'm a quick learner. And the questions that I ask are really just for clarity to be sure of the already given steps. And that aside, I also do my own research to so that I know what to have like a quick, okay, not necessarily a quick, but a rundown of what to expect when using the software or tool. And I also really enjoy, I also really enjoy learning from other people. I think it's easier to learn from other people, but like if there's no situation to learn from another person, I can do my own research and do my own homework.

Actually, this happened in my recent job, so a customer whose needs weren't met is, I ended up answering the call and not my colleague who was handling the customer at the time. So how I resolved the customer's complaint is really listening, and not just listening, but actively listening. And that includes asking, also asking questions to really understand what the situation is because I wasn't the one handling the customer from the word go. And the customer did want a refund, but after having a conversation and asking questions which led me to understand what the customer's needs were, I was able to find the product and item that they wanted, and they were really satisfied with the job, which led them to returning back.

So the strategies I would use to maintain attention to detail in my work is really, I'll use my academic writing job, is really reading and understanding the question, understanding what's the, also going through the topic that the question is being asked from, and also some students would give you a breakdown or a brief rundown of exactly what it is they want their assignment to be about. And that is really important for you, and not just go in there blindly or just assume just because the question is asking this, this is exactly what I need to write because every person is different. So, yeah, really going through the document, going through the questions or the summary down, asking questions from the person who's given me the work and understanding what it is I'm meant to write and do research on. Yeah.

For me, how I handle distractions, like I, I understand that sometimes music can be a distraction, but for me, music is a grounding tool. So when I'm typing, mostly when I'm typing, that's when I listen to music that gets me in the groove and lets me do my work really well and accurately. But when it comes to proofreading, music is off and I'm just focused on the document and the work that I'm going through. Yeah, so mostly I'll say my, an example is when it came to my, to my data, not necessarily data entry, but academic, academic writing work, because when you're doing assignments for students, you need to be 100% accurate for them to get a good grade. So yes, that is when switching off music really came into play and the proofreading really came into play because you can't mess around with the student's assignments and, yeah, and also you don't want the work to be plagiarized and everything, yeah.
