Head of the Department Polishing, Squaring & Sorting.. Lead and manage daily operations of the KEDA polishing, squaring, and system sorting departments, ensuring achievement of production targets while maintaining high standards of product quality, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.. Plan and optimize manpower allocation, monitor machine performance, and coordinate closely with maintenance teams to minimize downtime, improve equipment reliability, and ensure uninterrupted production flow.. Oversee inventory management and procurement of critical consumables and spare parts to support continuous and efficient manufacturing operations.. Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives, including autonomous maintenance practices, root cause analysis, and equipment improvement projects to enhance machine availability and performance.. Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, eliminating operational waste, optimizing resource utilization, and improving overall productivity..
