Hey guys, this is Alan. I work for places like La Rica. I was an agent of course, then I jumped to the PTO position. Then I got to the junior supervisor level which was basically de-escalating calls. And I wanted to be a supervisor. I got kinda like the job but never the pay. That's why I decided to leave them. I went to AT&T and I was a PTO agent.
