I would cold call people to convince them to sell their properties, and if owner agrees to hear a cash offer, do research on the property and follow up to convince the owner to sell as soon as possible.
I would receive incoming calls from Comcast customers and help them with any problem related to their account from billing, upgrade or downgrade their service, change service to another location, any related issue or questions regarding their account.
I was a driver and I was in charge of driving to a different city which was around 6 hours away to pick up the product and get back to my city to deliver it., I was also in charge of promoting the service, elevating the sales, making sure the product was in the best conditions possible, prices always updated, and negotiating with the managers of the stores as a way of elevating the sales.
