Please record a video speaking in English about your experience, okay? I work in the United States in a company called the MBTILE, where I was a logistic coordinator. I didn't start there, I started at the warehouse, basically, and then I upgrade to logistic coordinator, a job that I had the opportunity to maintain communication with customers and providers, and allowed me to travel across the United States visiting some customers and providers as well. It was a very enrichment experience because I learned a lot about how this area of business is made, and how to deal with customers, how to deal with providers, how to maintain the balance between these two in order to make the company grow, and as well my personal growth as a professional.
What experience do you have with dispatch software or similar tools? Have you have used them to improve communication or efficiency? Yeah, I have used plenty of different software for dispatch, and yeah, you just get used to it, study it, practice it, and you will master it. I'm very familiar with computers and software, so I learn really fast.
Tell us about a challenge you faced while coordinating deliveries or pickups. Well, the challenge is because you are between the customer and the client, for example, the provider. So it's a matter of coordinating between those two in order to fulfill the expectations from the customer and the provider. Like you have to be very polite, very accurate with the information, with the times, because usually people want to know the real information. So basically, it's that, just telling the real information in a better way, in the best way for the customer or the provider.
Describe a time when you successfully managed multiple dispatch requests. I remember when I was working in the MBTILE. I was working as a logistic coordinator. I have multiple dispatch requests. Well, usually what I did was just uh manage every company in our systems, just do it with a lot of patience and how the company tell us to handle these type of uh requests from all the logistic um dispatchers. So it's just uh it's a matter of follow the the instructions given by the company and have a lot of patience and even work a little, some extra hours as well to finish the activities.
