One of the drivers is that customers are the basic, are the building blocks of the business. If there are no customers, then we don't have the trucks. So I remember one time I was supposed to be delivering a parcel from East London going to a small town called Doctract there in the Eastern Cape. It was around 2019. I was working for Fast and Furious then. It was a courier company. So I had to start from, to drive from East London past Queenstown. I had parcels for Queenstown. Then I had to pass Queenstown, go straight to Doctract. And by the time I was in Doctract, I received a lot of calls coming from the customers asking, where are you with our parcels? Where are you with our parcels? And I had to tell them politely that I had an issue. I had a problem that I had to solve. I had to deliver a parcel in Doctract because it was an overnight parcel. It was an express parcel that was supposed to be delivered already there because it was supposed to be delivered very early in the morning, but we couldn't because we are in East London. So I had to go to Doctract and deliver the parcel. Then when I came back to Queenstown, I explained what was unfolding and the customers listened and the customer understood. And they received their parcels intact and they were excited and they were happy and they were pleased. That is our aim to keep our customers satisfied at all times.
