Well, as I used to deliver around 10 to 20 shipments per day on a daily basis, and also as a operations delivery, I led a team of 16 people with around the same amount, so that was around 200 shipments per day. So that required simultaneous coordination with carriers, internal teams, and also with customers to prioritize effectively. We first evaluated the urgency of each shipment based on the SLA. we had a specific SLA, so of course, the first shipments that were in processing were the ones with all this pickup. So that's the way that we organized ourselves. Also, if the customer let us know that they had an urgent shipment, we assigned expedited services, back-to-back services, to make sure that we comply with those requests for the customers and we comply with the customer satisfaction on that.
