Most of my experience is with social media and online communities. I've moderated communities and content self. I have concentrated as well, not the kind that is influencer, you know, trying to give the public that, you know, show a product by me using it, but I show the product. I might do simple videos, but in the in the community, you know, something that is more related to this job. I would have to be in the constant monitoring of how people is interacting within an online space and give reminders on what are the expectations we have and also protecting the community by noticing that there's things that are off, you know, if it's just a profile or incoming communications, and then I would have to take steps to desease this person from the community and maybe report them. So, really, to this role, I think this is the most relevant experience that I have. Thanks.

I've never coordinated like at a company level, you know, like I've maybe when I was in school, I had, I was organizing, you know, events, you know, we would have to take stuff or bring things and I would coordinate things in that level, but never at a um a company level. Well, when I used to work first for a new finder, and I was there for two weeks especially, I had to deal with customers in different channels. And I think the tools and strategies the best work for me were to make sure that I know everything that I need, if it was needed to be done, that I need to complete it, I need my attention in, and prioritize. So first I need to make phone calls and like do emails, be actively checking the chat, and then there was another set of tasks that I needed to make sure they were done throughout the day, and always like checking again to see if any of those tasks that have a higher priority would come in a new batch, you know. So I think the most important at the time was to stay organized and to stay uh actively checking for what was important. And that helped me very much keeping my things on top, you know, like I had this is done, this was taken care of, and I need that reminder for three years, so I was used to it. And I would, you know, if I ever anything, I would reach out to another department and be like, oh hey, I have this, and the other, I don't usually do this, do you have advice? Like I'm independent and I like to, um, give solutions to the problems that I'm given, but I'm also very comfortable, feel very comfortable to go and reach out for help whenever I realize it's time for doing it. So yes, those are the strategies.
