I worked for Capital One Bank, which is a US campaign in Nutun. We dealt with customer queries related to their Capital One online access, such as fixing their profiles, and we also promoted self service options.. We took payments, made changes to customer information on their Capital One profiles, as per their request, we transferred to relevant departments, we processed requests for fraud and dispute cases, we assisted with waving payments, etc.

I worked for CCI in Umhlanga, Durban. I worked for a US campaign called ALLY AUTO, which is the Auto Loans division of ALLY Bank. I worked specifically for the Retail department.. We tackled customer queries related to their auto loans, such as payment deferment eligibility, contract extension eligibility, payment plans, transferring to relevant departments, assistance with setting up their ALLY AUTO apps, etc.
