We dealt with customer queries related to their Capital One online access, such as fixing their profiles, and we also promoted self service options.. We took payments, made changes to customer information on their Capital One profiles, as per their request, we transferred to relevant departments, we processed requests for fraud and dispute cases, we assisted with waving payments, etc.
