Having said that I have also worked with different customer experience áreas, such as Loss Drafts, and as a Virtual Medical Assistant. I have no trouble learning new conceptos, and helping others understand said concepts. I am quite adept at finding the necessary info in the SOP. I like to be part of a team that is able to comunícate clearly and support each other. I like to solve and help the customer.
