load of goods as per customer order sheets. daily inspection to be done on vehicles assigned : tyre pressure , oil , water , diesel , ensure the vehicle is neat and presentable to customer , all tools are in order for puncture repairs.. checking of stock corresponding to clients per order sheets and invoices. planning of routes for multiple drops. delivering of goods in a timeous manner. ensuring product correspondence to invoice when offloaded to client. ensuring invoices are signed off as goods received as per client on hand. collect and count cash as per invoice if delivery is cash. drop off invoices and cash to invoice clerks back at depot before reporting to another delivery.

fetch drivers from surrounding areas and report for duty.. inspect vehicles for damages as different vehicles were driven by different drivers on a daily basis. ensure mileage sheets correspond to vehicle mileage on a daily basis. inspect vehicles for daily running : tyre pressure , water , oil , diesel , cleanliness as well as tools for emergency break downs.. scan out freight and print tripsheets as per depot requirements. load freight with utmost care to ensure no damages. collect freight from other depots and ensure on damages. plan routes to ensure all deliveries are done. deliver freight in a timeous manner. collect freight and load to ensure no damages. scan in collected freight. Report to depot for end of day. inbound freight to depot. split freight as per bays for delivery. log in end mileage for the vehicle driven for the day
