Basically I deal with credit card machines or terminals, troubleshooting, building files, fixing address not available which is internet issues. So every time when our customers get a new brand machine, they basically call us just to build a new file within every kind of cash advance machine that they purchase, first of all we do top level authentication just to authenticate the account just to prove they belongs to our department, so once we have the acount verified we build the file with all.
