Basically, when you encounter a technical issue, as you go by, I think the first issue you should resolve is to try and understand the issue itself. So you basically have to try and understand what the problem is and how it occurred, and obviously, how many times it's been giving problems. And then from there, that's the initial start where you'd investigate further on. Basically, before that first step, then the rest will follow on. Investigate, and then obviously try and work out a solution and then executing a solution.
