Set the team's goals and the roadmap, and built the product system from scratch: PRD templates, user story and acceptance criteria standards, backlog and two-week sprints with engineering, design and support across three time zones (Jira, then ClickUp).. Tracked the marketplace KPIs daily — completed bookings, verified users, downloads and daily active users — and used event analysis in Mixpanel to find where the product broke: drop-off in biometric identity verification and a USD/DOP currency mismatch in Stripe payments.. Led a team of 5 across marketing and customer support, reporting to the CEO. Onboarded new team members with documentation and ran 360 feedback conversations.

Lending company, 12 automation flows. Single point of contact between the client and an external IT vendor, coordinating five people across two organisations.. Defined scope and functional requirements, ran the project in ClickUp with flows and blockers on separate tracks, and tested the vendor's first dockerized release.. Integrations: WhatsApp, an identity data API and Google Sheets and Drive through a service account.. Cabin complex. n8n automation on the Cloudbeds API: a webhook fires on every reservation and writes it into the owner's spreadsheet, replacing manual copying. Payments and WhatsApp booking agreed as a second phase.
