ESL Online Trainer for Adult Learners

Responsible for Developing a 30-Minute lesson in a weekly basis for Learners based in Europe, based on their current level, in order to expand their experience., Responsible for submitting a Daily Report for every learner after their lesson with comments, observations, corrections and suggestions, and assign the information/lesson for the next week., Responsible twice a year for submitting Progress Reports with Comments, Observations and Recommendations to the Learner’s company as well as the Learnlight administration. These Reports or Evaluations determine the Learner’s current level, progress and areas of opportunity.

ESL Online Teacher for mainly Junior Students

Responsible to develop a lesson based on students needs and their actual English level as a second language., Interact with Students in an individual basis as well as a Group, depending on the students demand., Responsible to stimulate students to develop their Communication skills throughout a Conversational method, as well as teaching new learning techniques, in order to expand their experience and vocabulary., Daily support to Customers (Students) based in the Different Provinces of China, in order to Provide multiple speaking, writing and listening Techniques as a English Students., Qualified to work with Regular and Junior Students, and the multiple levels they may have (Levels 1 to 10)., Responsible to periodically submit Reports and Describe the Progress of the Students and apply a Specific Criteria in order to evaluate their participation and development.

Responsible for Interpreting spoken language between Spanish and English speakers in various settings, such as meetings, conferences, legal proceedings, and medical appointments., Understanding and conveying cultural nuances to ensure accurate communication and avoid misunderstandings., Maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
