I think being part of a team is very essential for most jobs, you know. I don't think it's possible for one person to do everything on their own. So, the way that I see things, I believe that as long as there's respect among people, there's not much that you guys can't get done, you know. Well, as long as there is not under what I'm supposed to do, I would immediately contact my immediate supervisor and make sure that that is sorted out, or rather that the person knows, the person who's supposed to be taking care of that. Okay, so for three years before 2020, the whole lockdown thing, I uh I was operating a garden service, which uh put me apart from a lot of people, you know, because I have to work in different places, different environments. Look, I believe um if people come to work a little earlier, right, uh, even if it's like 15 minutes, it really, it really does make a difference because we're not out there just rushing all over and trying to make things work and stuff, you know. So, one, firstly, it's, if you can be early, and once you're early, communication is much more smoother, right? And we've got so many platforms now that people can't really complain about anything, you know. There are platforms that you can pay. There's platforms that you don't even have to pay. So, in a nutshell, there's no instance where people cannot communicate properly. That will just be a thing that they do. But uh besides that, I communicate pretty well, um in a way that you just constantly respect people, you know what I mean? You don't know what they've been through. You don't know what they've been doing the whole day, you know. So I think anything is possible if you just approach any situation with respect, you know. Thank you.

Mostly when I perform checks, it's usually to check for your tyre pressure. After tyre pressure, you can check your oil. That's mostly it. You check your oil, you check your water, you check if all your gauges are working properly. We check if your jacks and your spare wheels and everything like that is in order.
