Administer infrastructure supporting 200+ users, including Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, virtualization and business services.. Manage 14 servers across on-premises and cloud environments: 8 local and 6 cloud servers supporting web, application, DHCP, DNS and infrastructure workloads.. Administer Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory as the primary administrator, including organizational structure, users, groups, permissions and Group Policy.. Create and manage GPOs from scratch to implement security policies, restrictions and configuration standards.. Administer VMware ESXi, Hyper-V and Proxmox virtual environments, including VM creation and virtual networking/bridges.. Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure, VLANs, DNS, DHCP and switches from Cisco, TP-Link and Ubiquiti.. Administer FortiGate, Sophos and pfSense firewalls, including security policies, NAT, inbound/outbound rules and remote connectivity.. Configure IPSec, SSL and Site-to-Site VPNs and manage connectivity across two Internet providers using failover and load balancing.. Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange and Entra ID, including account creation, licensing, permissions and identity administration.. Use Azure virtual machines and cloud server environments; manage supporting infrastructure and connectivity for web, application and SQL workloads.. Use Veeam for full and partial backups and recovery operations.. Use PowerShell to automate administrative tasks and Power Apps/Power Automate to automate internal business processes.. Participate in infrastructure architecture decisions and end-to-end implementation of server, network, virtualization, security and cloud projects.
