Make sure that the water and oil petrol is filled up before you start. Examine where there will be a necessary to change something, then do it. If there is a problem with the machine that you see that this cannot work, inform the superior, or if you can do it by yourself, then you have got permission to do so. You can change the parts that need to be changed. If not, then you take the machinery to the workshop where they do it or change it and see if anything can be done or else can be changed before you start your work. But if you have done a job and you notice that this happens after completing the work, then inform the supervisors, inform the management that the machine have a problem about this and this, then you inform them where to take it for repairs, where to change it, if there is something that needs to be changed, then you leave the machine in good order for use in the future coming days.

There was an incident where by one of our colleagues that was working with us didn't want to accept that he's not the senior or he's not the leader of the team. To maintain the high quality of the vehicles that I was using at work, I had to go and buy the right materials, and the vehicle looks very, very, very clean and like new. Everyone was uploading it and everyone wanted to know what we are using to keep the standard of the vehicles up to date.

To make sure that everything works well and accurately, you need to fulfill what the company has supplied to you and use the correct materials that are supposed to be used to do whatever you need to do and whatever you are asked to do.
