Training, support and Administrative Assistant

Management of omnichannel collections using dialers, portfolio segmentation (early/late stage, pre-legal) and risk-based prioritization; negotiation and formalization of promises to pay and payment plans, validation of payment methods (card/ACH) and payment posting, Investigation and reconciliation of billing disputes with issuance of adjustments/credit memos and proration; objection handling and coordination of monitoring/equipment suspensions and reactivations with Field Ops/Installations; data updates and compliant skip tracing with proper evidence custody, Documentation thorough CRM, KPI tracking (RPC, PTP kept, recovery rate, AHT, QA, adherence) and executive reporting; compliance with privacy, PCI, do-not-call and fair collections practices in coordination with Billing and Customer Care; continuous-improvement initiatives across workflows, macros, and the knowledge base., Planning and execution of the monthly calendar of cultural and engagement events, with leadership of a support team (task delegation, goal setting, and deliverable tracking) to optimize turnaround time; end-to-end logistics coordination (resources, venues, materials, vendors, and permits) and management of internal communications, including approval requests via email and administrative closeout. Comprehensive documentation of initiatives (briefs, checklists, evaluations, lessons learned) and repository maintenance; KPI reporting (attendance, event CSAT/NPS, cost per attendee, and calendar adherence) and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, HR, Facilities, Security, and Internal Communications, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
