Production Coordinator

Handle administrative and project management tasks., Search for strategies to improve performance and strengthen team skills., Create and develop plans to ensure customer satisfaction, quality and reduce cost., Responsible for all day to day functions related to production orders., Manage team and provide customer service., Monitor and communicate evolution of production processes, coordinate all areas to guarantee completion of projects., Compute cost and price estimates for materials using a variety of criteria, such as inventory, availability in market, price and other logistical considerations (freight, handling etc.)., Prepare cost estimates requested by PMO and/or customers., Compile/organize BOM, utilizing knowledge of product and material, compare prices and provide best available products and solutions to customer., Follow procedures and guidelines with our sales representatives, customers and material vendors to ensure compliance with domestic and international rules and regulations., Process all incoming requests for quotes (3D Printing, DMLS, CNC Metal and Plastic, Laser Etching, Sheet Metal) and work with customers and sales representatives to establish project needs and determine best production process and materials to fulfill customer orders., Coordinate domestic and international material purchases to ensure orders are produced on time according to project specifications and coordinate shipping logistics to meet schedule deliveries to our customers time and place specifications.

Planning and overseeing project to ensure customer satisfaction., Vast knowledge in machining, soft tooling and casting process., Determine specification by studying product design, customer requirements and performance standards., Deep understanding of different industries., Rapid decision making, strategize to manage projects., Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specification, calculates time requirements and sequencing secondary operations., Prepares status reports by collection, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Quote Administrator

Coordinate preparation of quotes in accordance with customer requests for quotes (RFQ's) for electronics assembly services., Quotation sourcing: sends RFQ requests to vendor base as instructed by Account Managers and within the timeframe specified by the customer., Expediting all RFQ requests from vendors as needed and organizing RFQ packages for vendor sourcing using the Quotation template and other resources as needed.

Quoting Specialist

Prepare cost estimates of materials requested by PMO, intake process dept. and others., Compile/organize bills of material, utilizing knowledge of products to be manufactured and available service solutions; compare competing vendor’s quotations of material to determine the best solutions for a customer., Contact suppliers directly to obtain best cost information., Compute cost and price estimates for materials using a variety of criteria, such as inventory, availability, competitive position, price validity, and other logistical considerations (freight, handling, staging, etc.); compute cost estimates for price escalation or abnormal freight charges., Maintain accurate paperwork and job files to facilitate smooth transition to other departments., Correlate all cost information within time frame of bid date and time needed by PM’s and intake process department. Assist others in Quotation Department in price quoting and maintain department files.

Purchasing Intern/ MRO Assistant

Management reports (shortage report, pendent requisitions, past due in dollars, etc.), Support for Kanban and VMI., Quotes national and international., Manage system of traceability requisition MRO., Obtain credit memos (RTV)., Communication: Direct contact with suppliers, and customer (requestor)., Demonstrated adaptability and ability to learn quickly, providing general assistance to office members on an as needed basis.
