GENERAL TECHNICIAN
I worked as a subcontracted technician in both the DGAC (Direccion Nacional de Aviacion Civil) and the DNN (Direccion Nacional de Notariado) in which I was assigned to provide service to Laptop and Desktop type equipment and secondary technician in automatic doors and networks, in the position of secondary technician my work was mainly to serve as a communication bridge between the client and the main technician, and carry out repairs indicated by the main technician (I only followed instructions, I do not have the knowledge to carry them out on my own)
INTERPRETER (ENGLISH-SPANISH)
In this position I was in charge of receiving calls from different areas, the main ones being: Medical (hospitals, clinics and pharmacies), Insurance (medical, vehicle, and housing), financial (banks, financial assistance departments) and government departments (hearings, jails, penitentiaries, and 911) in which I was in charge of facilitating communication between our client (person who speaks English) and the person who required their services (person who speaks Spanish)
