Manage and monitor payments due (for long-term and short-term rentals). Audit reservations for hold and double bookings. Audit reservation notes and guest contacts to confirm the team is entering/vetting/saving properly.. Process and monitor refunds. Communicate with guests via email or phones. Assist upcoming and current guests. Update and edit listings. Coach Reservation Agents if needed. Audit different OTAs (Vrbo, Airbnb, Marriott, etc) reservations for cancellations, rates and details.
