Hi, my name is Colleen Zinnay and I have background in marketing with a strong focus on social media, digital strategies, growth audience, and content creation. The most relevant experience had been working with company marketing agents where I developed 20 social media accounts for dental clinics and other business. One of the strategies that worked the best when I used testimonial videos like before and after case and real patient experience. That type of content performed really well because it felt authentic and helped potential clients feel comfortable and confident about the clinics. Sometimes many people would comment or send messages after seeing the content. And this conversation often moved to WhatsApp or where appointments were scheduled with the doctors. I used tools like Canva, Croamake, Business, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and GoHighLevel. Sometimes I used to e8, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Cloud. Overall, I am someone who loves creating, learning, and bringing fresh ideas to every product I work on. Thank you so much for your time.
