Working as a group for me is a good thing because we come up with different ideas. Even if there is a problem, we came up with different solutions of how we're going to solve that problem. There was a time where I faced a challenge by one of our group members. She was not doing the job right. She was not following the rules that are given by the mentor. She was not doing what is expected from her. So as a group, we decided to group ourselves and discuss about the issue of how are we going to tell her and how is she going to change on what she was doing because it was not right. After grouping ourselves, we called her and we talked to her calmly. We told her how important the job is. We also reminded her the high rate of unemployment because if she was still going to behave the way she was doing, she might end up losing her job. So after talking to her, she was so fine and she pleased us about what the decision we took against her. She was so happy after all and happy behavior changed. Everything was so well after talking to her.

In the last job I was doing, I was given two hours to complete cleaning the ground, and the job was too much for that period of time I was given, but I tried by all means to do the best and do what was expected from me. The job was completely 100% clean and everything was well.
