Experience
Quality Assurance Analyst - QA Automation - Business Analyst - QA Lead
Analyze, identify and get issues solved with integrations with 100% resolution in about two months.. Created a dashboard to give the whole team an easy way to test leads with cypress.. Coached trainees through weekly one to one to share the knowledge about the business through diagrams and being available for them any time they needed support, this made the ramp-up easier for new developers and testers.. Worked hand to hand with developers as a QA-BA to close the gap between the stakeholders and the development team to clean requirements and reduce the defects in pre-production. Lead the cycle end to end of three successful projects.. Shared with my teammates a presentation about assertive communication to help them see their blind spots to work together in a better environment.. Had a mindset of taking care of the financial resources of the business with external services.. Helped the DATA team with manual testing to find issues in Quicksight reports to give cleaner information to the internal and external team.. Manual testing with DB query to check if the data were injected in the right table and the correct information was saved.
