What You'll DoLead day-to-day hotel accounting operations — including Accounts Payable, cash management, and financial reportingTrack and interpret financial performance data, ensuring full compliance with GAAP and USALI standardsServe as a strategic financial business partner to senior hotel leadership, delivering insight that drives profitabilityMaintain strong accounting controls to safeguard hotel assets and manage riskOversee month-end/year-end close, audits, tax compliance, and bookkeeping per White Lodging and Hilton standards
What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldPrior experience as a hotel accountant, accounting manager, assistant director of finance, or senior accounting professional (hospitality experience preferred)A strategic, analytical mindset connecting accounting to operations and revenue performanceA collaborative leadership style — equally comfortable presenting to a GM or partnering with department headsStrong knowledge of hotel accounting processes, GAAP, and USALI reportingProficiency in hotel accounting/financial reporting systems
