Recruiting Specialist (Contract To Hire) - Remote in Green Bay, WI. Apply now for this opportunity at Carex! Carex is growing and we’re excited to add a Recruiting Specialist to our internal team. This contract-to-hire position is based in Northeast WI with 1-2 days a week on-site for team collaboration and networking events. This is a junior-to-mid-level recruiting role designed for someone energized by people, and excited to build long-term relationships in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

The Recruiting Specialist is an integral part of the Carex recruitment team, working collaboratively to source, screen, and support top talent across our partner ecosystem. You’ll use data, storytelling, and human connection to help build strong pipelines, while delivering standout candidate and partner experiences. At Carex, “Care. Be Real. What You’ll Do

Source, screen, and engage professional talent, using AI and market research to guide sourcing strategy and pipeline qualified candidates Conduct candidate interviews (video and phone), building strong, trust-based relationships throughout the process Proactively search and manage our candidate database (Bullhorn), matching talent to new and evolving opportunities Coach candidates through their career journey, preparing them for interviews, sharing feedback, and setting them up for success Deliver consistent, thoughtful candidate communication via phone, email, and text Utilize a variety of sourcing tools (including LinkedIn Recruiter) while continuously improving our recruiting process and candidate experience Support our growth in the market by attending community and industry networking events (3-4 events/month)

What You’ll Bring

1-3 years of recruiting, sales, customer success, or account management experience Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in people and their stories Excellent communication skills, with a knack for asking thoughtful, insightful questions A strong sense of urgency and pride in delivering high-quality work Exceptional organization and follow-up skills - details matter here A team-first mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to Carex’s continued growth Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Bonus points for a strong GIF game (we’re a fun team, even when remote ?)
